This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Please provide us with any and all documents setting forth the internal procedures for processing Project Civic Access complaints after they have been received, in writing, by the DOJ Office of Civil Rights, Disability Rights Division, including:
-Notification to complainants regarding the disposition of their complaint;
-Reporting Requirements;
-Recordkeeping and Tracking System;
-Timing of processing from receipt of complaint to communication with municipality; and
-time limits from commencement of investigation of municipality to final singing of Voluntary Agreement with city.

We request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents may be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is only made in the process of news gathering and reportage, and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, we would be grateful if you would inform us of the total charges in advance of fulfilling our request. We prefer the request to be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. In any case, the response must be accessible for use with screen readers (i.e., not scanned documents).
