DOJ Answers to Senator Grassley's Encryption Questions

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All documents responsive to Senator Chuck Grassley's requests for encryption-related information and briefings described in the final paragraph of this letter: http://www.grassley.senate.gov/sites/default/files/judiciary/upload/2015-10-08%20CEG%20to%20DOJ%20(Data%20Encryption).pdf. This includes any documents, memos, letters, etc. responding to the questions that Sen. Grassley describes in (3), along with any materials prepared for the briefings that Sen. Grassley requests in (1) and (2).
