A copy of DODIG-2016-089, "Followup Audit: Audit Recommendations From Report No. DODIG-2013-109 Were Not Fully Implemented, but Controls Were in Place to Prevent Unauthorized Access to Robert C. Byrd and Greenup Locks and Dams (Project No. D2015-D000XD-0261.000)"
