Mr. Musgrave,

This is an interim response to your August 7, 2015, Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA) request for "a copy of report DODIG-2015-027, 'Assessment of the
Nuclear Warhead Unsatisfactory Report Process'." We received your request
on August 10, 2015, and assigned it case number FOIA-2015-00829.

We will be unable to respond to your request within the FOIA's 20 day
statutory time period because of the need for consultation with one or more
other agencies or Department of Defense components having a substantial
interest in either the determination or subject matter of the record. For
this reason, we placed your request in our complex processing queue and will
process it based on the order it was received. Please be advised that our
current administrative workload is approximately 710 cases.

Dear Mr. Musgrave,

This is in response to your August 7, 2015, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for a copy of the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General report DODIG-2015-157, "The Nuclear Enterprise Assessment of the Nuclear Warhead Unsatisfactory Report Process" (Project No. D2014-DINT02-0199.000). We assigned your request case number FOIA-2015-00829.

We will send the document to you via the AMRDEC Safe Access File Exchange (SAFE) site. You should receive notification from the email address: No-Reply@amrdec.army.mil <mailto:No-Reply@amrdec.army.mil>, with the subject line: AMRDEC Safe Access File Exchange Delivery Notice. Please do not delete the email. Follow the instructions provided in the email to download the responsive documents. If you do not receive an email from AMRDEC in your regular email inbox, within 30 minutes of receiving our email, please check your spam and/or junk folder. Otherwise, please contact us, and we can send via a different method.

The AMRDEC SAFE application is used to send large files to individuals, which would normally be too large to send via email. SAFE supports file sizes up to 2GB.

Receiving Files: Recipients will automatically be notified via email when they have been added as a recipient to a package. The email they receive will contain a link and a password. Clicking on the link will take the recipient to a page where they will be asked for the password. The best way to enter the password is to copy it from the email and then paste it into the password box.

After logging in, the recipient will be able to download all the files within the package. We recommend right-clicking on each file and selecting the "Save Target As" option to select the location to save the file to.

After downloading every file within the package, the recipient will not be able to log back in to download the files again. Simply logging in or starting a download will not lock the user out. In order to be locked out, the recipient must successfully download every file within the package.

If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at (703) 604-9604 or via email.

Sincerely,

Frederick Nuss
