Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting all Scientology documents seized in the 1977 raid on the Los Angeles Scientology office described in this article. https://www.nytimes.com/1977/07/09/archives/federal-agents-raid-scientology-church-offices-in-two-cities-are.html
I am not requesting any FBI memorandum discussing the raid.
While I am requesting all documents seized, I am particularly interested in this document titled "INTEL PEOPLE ON ORG LINES IN 74" which is shown at the following link. https://twitter.com/FbiDocs/status/623444419664941057
This document already appears to have been released through FOIA, but since the provenance of the document is not given at the Twitter link above, I would still like copies of these documents.
If it is possible to receive the documents on a rolling basis with any documents already released through FOIA first, and any new documents released (if any) at a later date, that would be great.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
