Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents (including, but not limited to, presentations, notes, emails, reports, faxes, forms, dockets, spreadsheets, memos, and press releases) mentioning or related to Arthur Schwartz.

Specifically, I am seeking any criminal record that exists for Mr. Schwartz, including any arrests, convictions, charges dismissed, charges pending, or charges of which Mr. Schwartz has been acquitted.

Mr. Schwartz is a Republican consultant and adviser to Donald Trump Jr. who, according to the following recent news articles, is taking part in an operation to discredit journalists he views as hostile to President Donald Trump:
