Dear Requestor,

Your FOIA request to U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) was sent via email to our
former FOIA Program Manager on April 2, 2019, please see below. We have
reviewed
your request and have determined that the requested documents do not fall
under PACFLT's cognizance.

We have determined, though, that your request could fall under the
cognizance of the Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF) Pacific and have
forwarded your request to them for a response to you directly. Accordingly,
we are closing out this request to PACFLT as it has been referred to CNAF.

If you do not receive a response from CNAF or if you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you.
