Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I request the following records, within the timeframe of 2017 to 2023. to the date on which this request is processed, and with respect to the following criteria and jurisdiction of the EEOC:

1. Records that detail the consequences, ramifications, or disciplinary action of intentionally abusing or misusing the EEOC by a respondent party, including but not limited to making fictitious statements to the EEOC by a respondent party.

2. Records that detail the precise scope and jurisdiction of the EEOC itself.

3. Records, manuals, and/or guidelines that detail how the EEOC handles position statements and rebuttals to position statements.

4. Records that detail the precise scope and investigatory authority or power of an EEOC investigator.

5. Records that detail the extent of what the charging party may request of a respondent as it relates to requests of evidence and how such is handled by the EEOC.

6. Records that detail the precise corrective actions with which the EEOC may impose on the respondent party in the event that the respondent loses, so to speak. To clarify, I request to know such corrective actions in enumeration.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
