All complaints filed concerning side effects from dietary supplements since January 1, 2010.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is in response to your November 3, 2017 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Center for Food
Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) seeking copies of records related to:
* DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS - CAERS 1/1/10 TO PRESENT
This information is publicly available at the link below which contains information regarding the CFSAN Adverse Event Reporting System (CAERS) online database that can be downloaded and searched, at your convenience. The database is available in ASCII format and can be saved as an Excel spreadsheet for formatting and searching once downloaded. The Adverse Event Reporting System data file contains data reported by consumers, health care practitioners and mandatory reports by industry with a date range starting January 2004 through June 2017. Please note the latter date is the most recent available.
