All investigative reports regarding former Supervisory United States Border Patrol Agent Martin Rene Duran.
The DHS OIG involvement in investigations of Duran have been publicly acknowledged in the attached press releases.
As I am submitting this request in my capacity as a professional reporter who covers the Department of Homeland Security, I assert that I am appropriately categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
