Good afternoon,
I believe my initial request was too broad, I will attempt to narrow it to a reasonable size. I am requesting communications to or from Kirstjen Nielsen or John Kelly regarding the Saint Petersburg-based Russian organization Internet Research Agency (IRA), otherwise known as Glavset between January 20, 2017 to present.
If that is still too broad, any communications between Nielsen or Kelly containing any of the following phrases from January 20, 2017 to present: "Internet Research Agency", "IRA", "NotPetya", or "FSB"
Let me know if this works!
Thank you,
Elijah Kaplan

Elijah,
You have submitted several requests all of which are too broad.
These are potentially complicated requests and best I explain to you the issues of each request.
After tomorrow I will be on leave until next month so you are aware that we will need to work on each of these requests.
I suggest you provide me with a phone number so I can discuss this one with you and am available today until 2 except for noon I have a call scheduled at that time.
Thanks,

2018-HQFO-00757
2018-HQFO-00765
2018-HQFO-00775

Elijah,
You sent a request to perfect 5 of you requests but we can only do one at a time-I suggest one per day.
As below, please provide a phone so we can discuss on the phone as we can do a correspondence search in our ECT system or we can do a CIO search for these two staff members provided we obtain better search terms-conjunctive means at least two terms together and not all alternatively.
You can call my number if you prefer.
Thanks,
Maura Busch
