DFC's financing projects in the Republic of Ecuador

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide documents related to the following projects:

1. Gamma Knife Center/GK Financing, LLC for 3,175,000.
2. Banco Guayaquil S.A./Citi Bank N.A. for 92,000,000
3. Banco Pichincha DPR/Banco Pichincha C.A. for 150,000,000
4. Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Jardin Azuayo/WorldBusiness Capital Inc. for 9,750,000 Finance

Documents shall include;
— all communications with Ecuadorian government officials, including emails, minutes of meetings, and/or reports by USDCA employees.
— all financing documents, including certificates of formation, market studies, underwriting guidelines, disclosures and agreements betweens the parties.
— all reports from the financed projects.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
