This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

-The Supplemental Environmental Impact Statements issued to Azarga Uranium for the proposed Dewey Burdock Uranium Project in the Edgemont uranium district in South Dakota.
-The Safety Evaluation Reports issued to Azarga Uranium for the Dewey Burdock Uranium Project
-Minutes of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) hearings for the Dewey Burdock Uranium Project between Azarga Uranium and the Oglala Lakota Tribe of Pine Ridge Reservation. These took place in August 2014.
-The ASLB judgement on these hearings issued in April 2015.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
