Michael Flynn criminal case from, or purporting to convey messages from, Derek Harvey, Barbara Ledeen, Ezra Cohen-Watnick, Devin Nunes, or Charles Grassley, including any such correspondence disclosed to the Department of Justice by Gen. Flynn's counsel.

The requester is a freelance journalist; responsive documents will be disclosed to the general public. I request any fees be waived.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This response is completely meritless. The purported "final status letter" merely says that the request for these emails should have been directed to the office of information policy and had been transferred there. This internal bureaucratic wrangling is in no way a final response to a valid FOIA request. You still have to respond substantively and produce the responsive emails. Please do so.
