Greetings FBI FOIA official
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request any reports, statements, or other records generated in connection with the widely covered incident involving the mistaken detention/interrogation of a Delta Air Lines pilot involving your employees at a hotel in the Boston area. You can limit your search to the period between the detention of the pilot and 23:59 Eastern time on Friday, April 7th 2023. Please include records generated by the FBI, other federal agencies, other law enforcement entities, or the hotel. I am not seeking press/media inquiries or responses, messages from members of the public regarding the incident, etc.
I am filing this request as a private individual and have no commercial or profit purpose in making this request. I am willing to pay all applicable fees up to $100. I request a statement if fees will exceed that amount. I would prefer the request be fulfilled electronically by portal upload.
