I hereby request the following records: I would like copies of all tweets deleted by the Veterans Health Administration, US Department of Veterans Affairs (@VeteransHealth) from November 2008 to the present. This would include any tweets sent out on Twitter that were deleted or kept in draft form from the Twitter account @VeteransHealth. I am a journalist whose works have appeared in Slate, the Massachusetts Review, VICE, and elsewhere. This FOIA request is part of research for an ongoing piece of journalistic work, and as such, I am requesting a fee waiver. I have submitted versions of this FOIA request to other agencies, including the Office of Government Ethics, and in the process, I have been granted this fee waiver without question.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
