This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All reports, by month, for the period January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017 regarding funds owed and funds distributed as a result of work performed by a now-deceased inmate. Please provide breakdowns by facility, if possible.
According to the Code of Federal Regulations:
"ยง545.30 Funds due deceased inmates.
Funds due a deceased inmate for work performed and not yet paid shall be made to a legal representative of the inmate's estate or in accordance with the laws of descent and distribution of the state of the inmate's domicile."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
