I was seeking copies of any and all documents in your custody related to the appeal including but not limited to: the OIP Background Report, and any correspondence sent or received from the agency subject to the request and appeal.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the appeal the I highlighted the numbers were crossed so the statement from OIP read prima facie or inaccurate to the best of my knowledge. I would generally consider an inaccurate statement 18 usc 1519 or 18 usc 1001 unless it is supported with an exemption.

I wanted to send you a copy of this. Whomever signed this was engaging in 18 usc 1519, and lack of candor under oath for purposes of false publicity. I found it 18 usc 2261a, and it felt less than autonomous as the person could not add a signature that didn't appear like hieroglyphics.
