I wanted ask you to review this appeal, as the responses were prima facie and I thought the conduct prejudicial especially with the redaction feature.

From: Department of Justice, Office of Information Policy

Mr. Fernandes,
I looked into this matter but do not see anything procedurally inaccurate regarding the manner in which it was handled. Is there anything specific with which you were concerned?
Sincerely,
Adrianne

From: William Fernandes

In the appeal the I highlighted the numbers were crossed so the statement from OIP read prima facie or inaccurate to the best of my knowledge. I would generally consider an inaccurate statement 18 usc 1519 or 18 usc 1001 unless it is supported with an exemption.

The person with this unusual signature that resembles Arabic or Farsi and or a millennial tattoo has ethics issues and made false statements here in writing.

Mr. Talebian:

I wanted to send you a copy of this. Whomever signed this was engaging in 18 usc 1519, and lack of candor under oath for purposes of false publicity. I found it 18 usc 2261a, and it felt less than autonomous as the person could not add a signature that didn't appear like hieroglyphics.
