Hello,

Please do not closed my request as it has not been completed.

I see that the FBI has confirmed that Mr. Miranda is deceased and has already conducted a search However, I note that this search as described ("Based on the
information you provided, we conducted a main and reference entity record search of the Central Records System (CRS) per our standard search policy") is much more limited than my request outlined.

For example, I would expect that the FBI would find relevant records in files related to his husband Glenn Greenwald, and I would expect for there to be relevant records as well as in case files relating to the Snowden publications as Mr. Miranda's arrest in the UK was a matter of global importance in the journalistic realm. Additionally any coordination that the FBI did with the U.K. regarding Mr. Miranda's Section 7 arrest in London in relation to investigation of journalists reporting on the Snowden related materials.

Were the systems that I requested incorrect or renamed by the FBI? Was my request in some way unclear or incorrect?

I am willing to revise my request if this can assist in locating appropriate records regarding Mr. Miranda.

Thank you for your time,
Jacob Appelbaum
