Materials pertaining to the Department's investigation and surveillance of Dearborn resident and musician Dan Greene. Specifically, I request:

• Investigative memoranda, notes, and briefings pertaining to Dearborn resident "Dan Greene" from April 2018 to present.
• E-mail communications from Secretary Jim Mattis naming "Dan Greene" from January 20, 2017 to January 1, 2019.
• E-mail communications from Acting Secretary Patrick Shanahan naming "Dan Greene" from January 1, 2019 to June 23, 2019.
• E-mail communications from Acting Secretary Mark Esper naming "Dan Greene" from June 24, 2019 to July 15, 2019.
• E-mail communications from Acting Secretary Richard V. Spencer naming "Dan Greene" from July 15, 2019 to July 23, 2019.
• E-mail communications from Secretary Mark Esper naming "Dan Greene" from July 23, 2019 to November 9, 2019.
• E-mail communications from Acting Secretary Christopher C. Miller naming "Dan Greene" from November 9, 2020 to January 20, 2021.
• E-mail communications from Acting Secretary David Norquist naming "Dan Greene" from January 20, 2021 to January 22, 2021.
• All digitally-available receipts and expenditure reports filed by DOD field agents during the course of surveillance of "Dan Greene" in Dearborn, Michigan.
• Any and all video and audio records produced by DOD field agents during the course of surveillance of "Dan Greene" in Michigan and South Dakota.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
