Hi Jurre,

Response letter attached.

From: Jurre van Bergen

I am appealing the decision on the grounds that the agency of the need to identify the specific harm that would result from the disclosure, as defined by the 2016 FOIA Improvement Act (referenced brief: https://www.rcfp.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/2019-08-07-Filed-Amicus-Br-Machado-Amadis-v.-Dept-of-Justice.pdf).

In addition, parts that aren't exempt should be released in full. No attempt was made to review the file for segregable and releasable information, despite the legal requirement to do so.
