Hello Jimmy Tobias,

Thanks for your email inquiring about the status of your request.

"On October 23, 2023, I sent a status update (attached) stating,

“On October 23, 2023, you sent an email requesting the status of your request with the number noted above. On September 13, 2023, I sent the follow to you via email. Your request is #18 in my processing queue. I am still working on a litigation case, which has delayed my attention on other cases. If I can find time to make progress on your request without delaying requirements for the litigation I will do so. However, I still anticipate not being able to focus on your request until the end of late November or early December 2023. The status is still the same as mentioned on September 13, 2023.”

Your request is now #17 in the queue. I have approximately 148 pages responsive to your request. This number may change after I finish my review. Please note, I work on requests on a first come first processed basis. However, I will send you a partial response to you; hopefully, in the next two weeks.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter.
