CTIA - The Wireless Association - and Diane Cornell

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all communication between Diane Cornell and the CTIA (The Wireless Association) between November 15, 2013 and present date. I'd specifically like to search for records containing the words "towers", "radiation", "health", "SAR", or "safety".

In this request any and all communication includes but is not limited to emails; records documenting phone or in-person meetings, including but not limited to calendar items and meeting notes; faxes; letters; voicemails and electronic messages.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you very much for your message. Our records indicate that the only message received from the Federal Communications Commission on December 12, 2014 was in regards to 2015-097, which was a request for:

"Any and all communication between Tom Wheeler and Loyaan Egal beginning June 1, 2014 through present date. In this request any and all communication includes but is not limited to emails; records documenting phone or in-person meetings, including but not limited to calendar items and meeting notes; faxes; letters; voicemails and electronic messages."

The request currently in question, 2015-108, is for:

Any and all communication between Diane Cornell and the CTIA (The Wireless Association) between November 15, 2013 and present date. I'd specifically like to search for records containing the words "towers", "radiation", "health", "SAR", or "safety".
