COVID long-haulers (Bureau of Prisons)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Policy guidances, memoranda, and other materials establishing policy or providing operational guidance with regards to individuals in custody suffering from chronic COVID-19 symptoms, sometimes referred to as "long haulers." Responses should include, but not be limited to, official definitions or criteria for individuals to be deemed chronic COVID-19 sufferers, if any exist, and standards for monitoring such symptoms and treating those individuals afflicted by them. If any redactions, omissions, or deletions are deemed necessary, please include justifications.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

There don't appear to have been any prior communications from the BOP on this particular request, including any acknowledgement letter, so I don't have a FOIA request number at this time. I would appreciate it if you could verify whether it has indeed been assigned one and, if not, provide an acknowledgement.
