Dear Council FOIA Officer,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All emails and attachments sent or received by Councilmembers Charles Allen, Phil Mendelson, Vincent Orange, Elissa Silverman, or Brandon Todd between 6/1/2015 and 12/31/2016 that contain either of the (non-case-sensitive) phrases "hours and scheduling stability" or "minimum work week" or the corresponding bill numbers 21-0512, 21-512, 21-0331, or 21-331.

I am an academic researcher making this request for non-commercial purposes. I will make the responsive records available to the general public through the MuckRock website.

I ask that this request be filled electronically, if possible, by e-mail attachment. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges prior to fulfilling my request.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
