Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications, including email attachments, between Senator Cortez Masto's office and the Secretary's Office concerning the proposed GreenLink transmission lines that are being proposed by Nevada Energy in the state of Nevada. This request also seeks records between Cortez Masto's office and the Secretary's office concerning the proposed Rhyolite Ridge lithium mine as well as any and all projects proposed by Ormat Technologies Inc in the state of Nevada. This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2020.
I am a reporter for The Guardian and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
