Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I hearby request copies of all written and email correspondence between members of the National Park Service Gateway National Recreation Area and members of the Breezy Point Cooperative, Inc. including but not limited to Dennis Dier, William Tietjen, Denise Lopresti dating from January 1, 2015 through May 31, 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Searches for this request resulted in approximately 2,448 pages of potentially responsive material.
1, 271 require additional review for responsiveness and any potential exemptions the material may be subject to.
At this time there are 9 Normal, 16, simple, and 2 expedited requests in front of this one in this processing queue.
1,177 pages of this material appear to consist of community outreach emails. In an effort process your request a bit faster, I am seeking guidance to see if you would be interested narrowing the scope of your request to exclude the community outreach emails.
I have provided one file, in full, consisting of 30 pgs as example of the type of materials that these records contain.
Narrowing the scope of the request would reduce the number of pages requiring review from 2,448 to 1,271.
Please let us know no later than December 8, 2020. If you wish to narrow the scope of your request.
