Below are new public records requests directed to your agency pursuant to FOIA. Rolling records responses are requested if you are unable to immediately produce records. Provide only copies of records not requiring fees. These records are of the highest public interest and will be shared publicly so I request a complete fee waiver.
1. Any records of the construction of the CDC’s COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 testing or diagnostic criteria or policy.
2. Any records of White House employees directing the CDC on COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 testing or diagnostic criteria.
Do not destroy or discard any responsive records - we intend to sue to appeal all withholdings or redactions for reasons other than patient privacy.
