Hi Mr. Baggot - I wanted to give you an update on your request. What you requested is very old and may no longer be retained. The contracts office has searched but was unable to locate records. They are going to check to see if any contract records related to this are still available at the Federal Records Center. Without pulling the contract, we cannot identify who the COR was, if that person is still around and might have the reports. Typically, the report deliverables go to the COR, rather than being retained in the contract file. Since we are all still 100% telework, I am not sure when we will know for sure if anything you seek is still available or if it has been destroyed.
