Good morning,

Your request is currently 4th in our complex request queue.

The records have been compiled and reviewed by this office and are currently under a required review by another Federal Agency, the Office of the Solicitor (SOL). The review has an undetermined completion date. I have been given no further update from that office since November 7. I do not control the timetable of that agency so I will estimate that once I receive the results of their review, I will be able to provide the complete set of records to you within 3 business days of receipt, assuming no further processing issues. That estimate is based on previous consultations. Please be aware that I am processing the request as quickly as is practicable. Thank you for your patience.
