PCLOB FOIA 2017-017

Mr. Eaton:

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me this morning. As we discussed, I am sending this email to confirm my understanding of what you are seeking in your most recent FOIA request, PCLOB FOIA 2017-017 (below). You are seeking more substance over logistics. Based on the categories we discussed, you are not seeking communications about scheduling meetings, the Board's upcoming move, notifications that the Board is sending over compliance reports (i.e. FISMA, Semi-Annual reports) which are available on our website, or communications that were released to the Intercept earlier this year. Rather, you are seeking communications regarding requests for information about the Board's previous reports, such as the 702 report, and communications regarding any briefings by the Board of Congress.

Please let me know if this accurately describes the nature of your request.

Thank you,

Mason
