Dear Mr. Meller:

This is in response to your U.S. General Services Administration Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request (GSA number 260809), dated November 18,
2013, in which you requested “all communication to or from US Senator
Lindsey Graham or his representatives since assuming office on January 3,
2003 through November 15, 2013.”

Please find the enclosed documents in response to your request. In
processing your request, we withheld the telephone numbers, personal
addresses, purely personal discussions, and physical signatures of
officials found in letters. This is done in accordance with the sixth
exemption of FOIA, 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(6), as public disclosure of this
information would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal
privacy.

Moreover, we withheld the DUNS numbers and budget information pursuant to
5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(4), as this is commercial or financial information that
is privileged or confidential.

In addition, all floor plans and other security information has been
withheld pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(f), as this information could
reasonably be expected to endanger the life or physical safety of people.

You have the right to appeal the denial of the information withheld. To do
so, you must write within 120 days of your receipt of this letter to:

U.S. General Services Administration

FOIA Requester Service Center (H1C)

1800 F Street, NW, Room 7308

Washington, DC 20405

Your appeal should contain a brief statement of the reasons why you believe
the requested information should be released. Enclose a copy of your
initial request and a copy of this letter. Both the appeal letter and
envelope should be marked prominently, "Freedom of Information Act Appeal."

Should you have any further questions regarding this FOIA, please
contact Travis
Lewis, FOIA Program Manager at 202.365.8297 or by email at
Travis.Lewis@gsa.gov.

Sincerely,

*Travis Lewis*
