Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All written or electronic communications, including e-mail attachments, sent or received by USACE staffers Matthew Gapinski, James L Booth, and/or Howard H Gonzales that refer or relate to the office of Congreswoman Jenniffer González Colón and Jurisdictional Determination of property in Luquillo, Puerto Rico.
This request also seeks all written or electronic communications, including e-mail attachment, sent or received by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers staffers that refer or relate to Azure Development Inc in Puerto Rico. This request also seeks records by staffers that contain one or more of the following key words or phrases: "Azure Development", "Azure Development Inc", "Punta Bandera", "Mata de Platano", "Mata de Platano Ward", "Triangle Caymen Asset", "Triangle Cayman," and "Triangle Cayman Asset Company."
This request seeks all records produced since January 1, 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Property No. 5722: 20,413.18 square meters, rustic parcel of land at Mata de
Platano Ward, Luquillo, Puerto Rico, Cadaster No. 092-055-006-18-000.
