Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all briefing papers sent to Susan Combs by officials at Fish and Wildlife Service Region 4. This request also seeks communications, including emails, between Ms. Combs and officials with FWS Region 4. Attached below is a document that references briefing papers sent to Combs by officials in Region 4. I would specifically like the briefing papers referenced in the below document, as well as any similar Region 4 briefing papers in Ms. Combs' possession.
I am a reporter for The Guardian and Pacific Standard.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

narrowing of the scope of this request to be:
1) between March 1, 2018 and August 5, 2018, which is the span of time
Susan Combs was working in the AS-FWP office,
and
2) briefing papers and communications between Susan Combs and Fish and
Wildlife Service Region 4 *relating to the Florida Panther and/or the
Eastern Collier Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) and
Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).* Also requested are the specific
briefing papers referenced in the document that was attached to the request
(now under the file name "19-01200qa (attachment).pdf" and attached here).
For context, you provided this link which I can share with the program
office that will be searching Susan Combs' records.
