All partnership details -- including copies of draft and final contracts and email communication between stakeholders (Steve Cohen, David Shulkin and other VA leadership, Anthony Hassan) -- for two recently inked partnerships with the Cohen Veterans Network (detailed here: https://www.va.gov/opa/pressrel/pressrelease.cfm?id=4017) and another for Cohen Veterans Bioscience (detailed here: https://www.cohenveteransbioscience.org/2017/05/17/cohen-veterans-bioscience-and-the-veterans-health-administration-announce-landmark-partnership-to-advance-the-diagnosis-and-treatment-of-trauma-related-brain-disorders/) Records searched should be between Jan. 1, 2017 and May 27, 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
