I would like to obtain all emails, sent to, from, or copied to Chairman Jay Clayton containing at least one of the following non-sensitive keystring "kushner" or "trump", or "EB-5" from his first day as Chair to present day.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Amarel,

1.) Have the first 100 documents or two hours, released to me as soon as reasonably possible, without going through the FIFO track. and;
2.) Place the request for all of the documents within the FIFO track for processing.
We will begin to process your request for the first 100 documents or two hours, without going through the FIFO track. However, you will need to submit a new request for the remaining records upon completion of the first 100 documents or two hours. The new request will be placed in our FIFO queue as of the date of receipt.

If you believe this is an adverse determination, you may appeal my decision to the SEC's General Counsel under 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(6), 17 CFR § 200.80(d)(5)(iv). The appeal must be received within ninety (90) calendar days of the date of this adverse decision. Your appeal must be in writing, clearly marked "Freedom of Information Act Appeal," and should identify the requested records. The appeal may include facts and authorities you consider appropriate.

You may file your appeal by completing the online Appeal form located at https://www.sec.gov/forms/request_appeal, or mail your appeal to the Office of FOIA Services of the Securities and Exchange Commission located at Station Place, 100 F Street NE, Mail Stop 2465, Washington, D.C. 20549, or deliver it to Room 1120 at that address.
