C.J. Chivers' Military Record

The Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) including all Fitness Report and Counseling forms (NAVPERS Form 1610/2), the most recent Cumulative Record Of Training (NAVPERS Form 5300/16), the Background Summary (NAVPERS Form 1640/32), Officer Personnel Action Requests (NAVPERS Form 1301/85) and Form DD-214, for Christopher John Chivers, a member of the United States Marine Corps.

Chivers was born in 1964 and served in the Marine Corps as an officer between 1987 and 1994.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest.
