CIA FOIA REQUEST

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

My name is Eloise Adams. I am requesting documents electronic, photos, written, videos of all CIA/Department of Defense Human Experimentation projects in the county of KANKAKEE , Illinois regarding liquid crystal Mesogens, smart technology, smart medicine nonconsensually experimented on a human subject for the county of KANKAKEE, Illinois for FY 2015- to current FY 2020 via flu shot. Also I am requesting all surveillance aircraft, CIA/DOD personnel, All CIA/DOD DEPARMENTS Involved such as IARPA, DARPA, etc., & INVESTIGATOR in charge of Nonconsensual Human Experimentation Black Project using Liquid Mesogens via a flu shot for the Brain Initiative or MKULTRA Research, Or Smart Medicine Liquid Mesogens Nanotechnology.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
