Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Materials associated with CFPB Docket number 2015-CFPB-0015, practices related to credit card add-on products and services by Citibank, N.A.; Department Stores National Bank; and Citicorp Credit Services, Inc. (USA), JUL 21, 2015

Information responsive to the following requests:

1. Any comments, documents or communications from CFPB to respondents related to the Add-On Product Compliance Plan

2. Details of Add-On Product Compliance Plan

a. how add on products customers are notified of all fees, costs, expenses, charges, billing arrangements

b. any material conditions, benefits, and restrictions, including how Respondent will inform prospective Add-On Product customers who disclose conditions that may make them ineligible for certain benefits (e.g., current disability or unemployment) of the restrictions and conditions relating to those conditions

c. plan for ensuring that Respondent does not enroll prospective customers in Add-On Products over the telephone who have not given express informed consent to purchase the Add-On Product

d. plan for ensuring that the content, formatting, and sequence of pin-pad screens used to enroll prospective customers in any Add-On Product at a retailer's point of sale are not deceptive

e. plan for ensuring that current and prospective customers are billed for Credit Monitoring Products only when they receive all of the purchased credit monitoring or credit report retrieval benefits of the product

3. Vendor Management Policies created for add-on products as a result of consent order

4. All documents associated with implementing the Redress Plan

5. Documents identifying the percentage of persons, pre-2009 and post-2009, who received refunds or credits as a result of the consent order.

6. Close out documents indicating reasons why certain persons may not have received refunds as part of the redress plan

7. Any information related to consumers' requirement for redress in event they failed to receive redress to which they were entitled

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
