Any internal studies, white papers, or briefing materials produced by the Federal Reserve on the topic of CBDCs, including analysis of potential benefits, risks, and challenges associated with their implementation.

If any records or portions of records are being withheld or exempted from disclosure, I kindly request an indexed list specifying the withheld or redacted records along with the specific exemption(s) under the FOIA that justify their non-disclosure. Please provide the cited legal provisions or statutory exemptions for each redaction or withholding.

If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions under the FOIA. Additionally, please provide me with an opportunity to appeal the decision.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
