Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Email communications and attachments from between 2014-2018 related to public information and media campaigns carried out in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador that targeted potential migrants, including unaccompanied child migrants, and their families and warned of the dangers of migration. These campaigns are mentioned in GOA report "Improved Evaluation Efforts Could Enhance Agency Programs to Reduce Unaccompanied Child Migration" (attached).

Please limit your search to email communications to/from individuals in leadership positions.

This request is being submitted as part of an academic research project led by researchers at US institutions of higher education.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
