1: February 1, 2024 to the date of the conduct of the records search

...specifically for records related to or otherwise also mentioning the changing of COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations.

Please include anything related to replying to the inquiries of members of the public or other non-government entities.

I hear that for 404-639-7000 people have had to press 8.
I also hear that for 800-232-4636 people have had to press 1, then 4, then 1

I obviously do not need the PII for members of the public that is related to those communications

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
