Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Related to CBRE Inc. and its compliance with federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.

Specifically, I am seeking records and information regarding any investigations, evaluations, audits, complaints, or other actions taken by your agency regarding CBRE Inc.'s compliance with federal EEO laws and regulations in the past five years. This includes, but is not limited to, records of:

Complaints or charges filed against CBRE Inc. related to discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic;

Correspondence between your agency and CBRE Inc. related to EEO compliance, including any notices of violations or deficiencies and any corrective actions taken by CBRE Inc.;

Reports or findings related to audits or evaluations of CBRE Inc.'s compliance with EEO laws and regulations, including any statistics or data related to CBRE Inc.'s workforce diversity and affirmative action efforts;

Any agreements or settlements reached between CBRE Inc. and your agency related to EEO compliance, including any conciliation agreements or consent decrees.

I would also like to request any information regarding any findings or penalties assessed against CBRE Inc. for any violations of federal EEO laws and regulations in the past five years

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
