Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide USSS the case number attached to Palm Beach County, FL (PBSO Case #18-063354) and Jupiter Police Department case no. (18-002089). In addition please furnish all case files pertaining to this case in the custody of the United States Secret Service. As your department stated that a USSS case number would be provided but that case number was never received by Jupiter PD as I quote
"Agent (John) Moreland also stated that he would email me their case number when it was available." and "There is no further information at this time." Officer/ID# Ferguson, Ryan (RPTL, PATL) (1202) April 16, 2018
as of 12/20/2023.
There should be no feed associated with this request. I would ask that this request be filled via email per Florida Sunshine Law.
