Any correspondence or memoranda related to the authorization and creation of the "Business Existence Committee" at the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration Foreign Labor Certification office in Atlanta, GA.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
