Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following records:
+ A list of all applications for bulk mail permits between August 1, 2020 and November 1, 2020. Please include applicant name and address.
+ A list of all granted applications for bulk mail permits between August 1, 2020 and November 1, 2020. Please include grantee name and address.
+ Revocations of bulk mail authorizations under 19.2.7 of the Domestic Mail Manual between August 1, 2020 and November 1, 2020
I request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge in the process of news gathering and not for commercial use.
If any of the requested records are maintained electronically, I seek access to them in an electronic format. If they exist in an electronic, searchable, database-readable format (such as .csv, .xls, ..pst, txt or .dbf files), I request access them to that in that searchable format.
