This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All documents related to the $41,718 contract between the Broadcasting Board of Governors and Chaise Management Group, Llc (Award ID: 95170018K0687; Parent Award ID: BBG50A170015; and DUNS: 078801273), including but not limited the physical contract, all bid documents, and receipts.

As a representative of the news media I am only required to pay for the direct cost of duplication after the first 100 pages. Through this request, I am gathering information on public transparency and media access in the new administration. This information is being sought on behalf of ThinkProgress.org (an online news service) for dissemination to the general public.

Please waive any applicable fees. Release of the information is in the public interest because it may alert the public to misuse of taxpayer money and transparency.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
