From: Laura J Anderson

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Defendants: AT&T communications (AT&T), Apple Computer Corporation (Apple), Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft), Google Inc (Alphabet), Amazon (Amazon Web Services), Face Book (Whatsapp), United States Justice Department, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), United States Marshall's Service (USMS), United States Attorney General's Office, United States Attorney's Office Eastern District of Missouri
The Anderson Family asserts privacy claims under the electronic communications privacy act (ECPA), Abuse of The Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Acts (FISA) section 702, violations of the Stored Communications Act (SCA), and violation of the
National Security Act on 1947, 50 U.S.C. section 403(d) (3). ECPA and FISA, in 18 U.S.C.S. section 2520 and 50 U.S.C.S
section 1801(k), explicitly created a private right of action for illegal surveillance claims. The Anderson family alleges a
concrete claim of invasion of their personal First Amendment right of association and fourth amendment right to be free
from unreasonable search and seizure. The Anderson family consists of 4 individuals who are native born United States
Citizens or entities, who are all subscribers , customers, or users of certain telecommunications and internet services.
Anderson Family brings this action against data/communication providers for their individual conduct involving the collection of warrantless electronic content communications and for their participation in targeted warrantless electronic communication collection at government request. In the operation complaint, plaintiffs challenge the service providers collection/storage/dissemination of US citizen content communications and metadata. Plaintiffs assert that these government targeted warrantless surveillance programs under FISA section 702 and technology/communications providers features and devices incidental collections of content violate their First, Forth and Fifth amendment rights as they are all collected without a warrant and made available to the government by and through executive order 12333. The allegations of the Anderson's are highly specific to concrete harms suffered as a result of the warrantless surveillance and disclosure of content communications stored by providers. The complaint is supported and detailed by documentary evidence contained in AT&T government compliance file code 2532783 and exhibits of Federal agency investigative methods experienced by the Anderson family. As a result the damages are directly linked to the third party service provider collections of privilege communication content. The Anderson's claim arose from what was initially a domestic criminal investigation lead by the DEA A circumstantial conspiracy case to distribute marijuana . The Anderson's assert violations of both statutory law and recognized rights.also seek compensatory, actual and punitive damages, intentional inflection of emotional distress.

>>> We are waiting for the records from AT&T but we do know is this for sure:
>>> 1.They used it to keep me detained without bond on August 27th, 2014.
>>> 2.Then on September 12, 2014 the government permitted my former lawyers Scott Rosenblum and Marc Johnson to extort me for additional 100,000 dollars in exchange for new targets to initiate a new prosecution.
>>>
>>> Additionally, I believe that the warrantless surveillance was used beginning May 2013 thru September 2014 so it was used in furtherance of the entire investigation. Also I wanted to say my government contact over in Dubai,UAE Abdul Hamid had a connection to jet fuel, he and I together were working on selling Emirates Airlines refined jet fuel to air fields in south America. I was sending the LOI (Letter of Intent) to the FBI/ informants / codefenders back in the United States that unbeknownst to me were cooperating in the Marijuana investigation against me. I believe because of the Dubai recycling project and the middle eastern jet fuel the government most likely elected to authorize FISA section 702 "agent of a foreign power" standard thru AT&T.
>>>
>>> Thanks again
