This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Bracha Graber, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on July 19, 2017 under the headline "Bracha Graber, Who Spurred Changes in New York Foster Care, Dies at 68". Please see attached PDF copy of that obituary, which may also be found at https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/18/nyregion/bracha-graber-dead-whistle-blower-in-foster-care-fraud-case.html.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
