Pursuant to FFATA and DATA acts for transparency in utilization of government resources

Please produce the aggregate number of payroll transmissions and the the payment sum sent into the Rhode Island Short Term Disability fund (SDI) for the following months:

November 2018
December 2018
January 2019
February 2019
March 2019
April 2019
May 2019

Note for search analyst. You can produce the aggregate sum in the event you transmit as lump sum in lieu of individual contributions. As 1 or 2 isnt really educational.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Analysts intentional error.
It appears the offices in Marcel,VA is not being staffed to the level of a freshman in high school reading level and has resorted to childish fiscal waste in lieu of upholding the Ethics Directive for Standards of Conduct .

Public service is a public trust.

The logo says Fidelity, Integrity, Bravery.

It does not indicated play tennis. Follow the statuate and uphold the transparency requirements.
